The collaboration between the contemporary art gallery Arte in Salotto and the multidisciplinary artist Paola Cassola continues, tinged with the colors and atmospheres of India.

“Indian Vibes” reflects the emotions and strong visual impressions of Cassola following an introspective and spiritualist journey in this multifaceted country. Inspired by the nuances of colors, their natural origins and the combinations found in the streets, in clothes, accessories, buildings, Cassola has chosen very specific colors for the new works presented in the exhibition. Yellow, green, red and blue have a profound meaning in the consciousness, culture, history and religion of India. For this second exhibition at Arte in Salotto - the first was “Body Bondage” in November 2023 - the new series of works presents, in addition to the particularity of the colors, the use of raw linen canvases.
